We co-organize many training seminars and certifications exams with our manufacturers, whose products and services we distribute in the various markers we operate.

We provide a privacy policy tailored to each training seminar and certification exam where we mention whether you need to register and provide / share personal data to third parties, whether this data will be transferred outside or the EU, along with links to the privacy policies of all involved parties. 


How will we use your data?

We apply strict policies and practices to protect your personal data. As a rule of thumb we only collect personal data that is absolutely necessary to provide you with the product or service you requested from us.

What we do with your data:

·  When you partner with us we create a record on our customer relationship management system where we log your personal data and all your requests:

·  We log the date, time and a summary of your contact requests,

·  We log your sales inquiries to know which products and services are of interest to you,

·  Each time you request technical assistance, we create a ticket to our ticketing system to better assist you,

·  When you subscribe to our newsletter we log which e-mails you wish to receive to our e-mail marketing system,

·  When you submit your resume, we create a job applicant record to our HR Management System. We store your resume for two years. We may contact you to initiate the hiring process and we also use the data in your resume to verify your working experience and your study titles.

·  You use the data from our website analytics system to offer more relevant content to our users and to improve the performance and responsiveness of our website.

Out of principal we don’t share your information with anyone unless it is required by law or as a result of a court order.

We use the suite Zoho One suite of applications to process and store your data. Your personal data is stored in data centers located exclusively in the European Union. We also operate our own systems where we store personal data. Our systems are hosted in datacenters in Greece and in the United Kingdom.
